Our Story
SANA started with a late-night call.
Our CEO Dr. Hu will never forget the panicked voice of an expat friend, stuck in a Chinese hospital hallway, unable to read the forms or ask the right questions. Back then, he'd use his network to walk friends through every step — from booking a specialist to decoding bills — wishing no one else had to face that fear alone.
That's why we built SANA: to turn the chaos of cross-border care into something simple, trusted, and human. We chose the name for its meaning — "sanctuary," a safe space where you get the reliability of China's top hospitals, paired with the hand-holding you deserve.
